I had to exchange something from RK Guns because it didn’t fit quite right, which, is always a little annoying, but not the end of the world. The return process itself was easy to follow, so that part was fine. The only thing was I had to wait a couple days before hearing back, and during that time I was kind of wondering if I’d missed a step or if it was just sitting in a queue somewhere. Once they did reply, though, everything moved along without much drama. They got the exchange sorted and sent out the replacement, and it ended up being mostly painless. Not a perfect experience, but good enough that I’d still order from them again
